Move Out Service for Tenants

Turn-Key Jax has assisted many renters to have their rent deposits returned to them by cleaning and returning the rented units to the original condition.

 

No one wants the stress of cleaning out their old home whilst moving - everyone wants to focus on the move to their new residence and make it home.

 

Landlords normally have the right to withhold a tenants deposit to pay for repairs, carpet cleaning, blind replacement, trash out, dry wall repairs that may be needed to return the home to the original condition.

Common repairs include cabinet repairs, blind & bulb replacement, wall repairs due to TV and picture nails.

Carpets normally need to be scrubbed and steam cleaned in order for them to look new again. Pet odor removal is also a frequent request.

 

Our House keepers will clean your entire home, including: fan and blind cleaning, wiping down of cabinets inside and out, cleaning of stove and refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bathrooms will be cleaned and left in a sparkling condition.
